The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the train station and the lively city center with plenty of restaurants. It's also a short walk away from the promenade. the rooms are clean and have modern amenities like LED TV and free Wi-Fi. the breakfast is varied and includes organic products.

Some guests have reported outdated bathroom facilities, which don't meet four-star hotel standards.

I enjoyed my stay at the senbhotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommend some great restauraunts to us (Eden and V da michelle).it rained all day when we were there but it was bearable because the hotel was comforable. Breakfast was great .lots of variety and gluten free products which I eat and hadn't seen anywhere else in Italy . They also had an organic section. It was only a 3 min walk to beach. Great spa at Terrazza Marconi hotel just round the corner if it's raining.

The only negative and it isn't really one , is that the hallways were bit faded and tired.

The lift is horribly slow and as we were on the 6th floor with 2 young kids it meant a lot of waiting

The wifi just didn't work in our room, it was ok in the lobby and out on the street even, but not in our room.

We had a superb stay at this hotel. Location-wise, it was close to the train station and just a 5-minute walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants. Plus, this hotel was right on the beach! The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of choices. Finally, the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

Great location close to the train station and beach. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and had good toiletries.

The structures are old with carpeting throughout and only one slow elevator. Some areas had an unpleasant odor, probably due to drainage issues.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with the city center and the beach just a short 5-minute walk away. We loved the spacious and comfortable apartment we stayed in, which came with two terraces that offered stunning views of the old town. The furniture and equipment in the apartment were modern and in great working condition.

In short, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the level of comfort and quality is beyond compare.
